Prince of Sherwood Slot - My ThoughtsThe Prince Of Sherwood slot is one of those that at first glance, didn't really appeal. I
never really liked having to line up adjacent scatters to trigger the bonus, but on this occasion,
it seems to happen regularly enough to put the Prince Of Sherwood slot in my Top 10 RTG
Real Series slots. The bonus round is fairly innovative in that you choose an archer who shoots at
a target to try and beat the opponent. More often than not, you beat him, get a bonus award and also
a random number of free spins and a random multiplier, again decided by shooting the arrow. Note
that if you lined up all 5 scatters, you generally get more spins at a higher multiplier. If you only
lined up 3, its usually 5 or 10 at 2x or 3x.
As far as payouts go, it's not one that regularly shoots big big prizes, but they are frequent
enough and it is a good variance to keep you going for a decent period of time. And I have come
out well ahead on a few occasions so Prince Of Sherwood is in my opinion, well worth a shot!
One annoying trait is that if you line up more than 3 scatters, there seems to be no extra reward.
Also, the feature cannot retrigger, although scatters do add money awards during the free spins.
